A structured mentorship designed to improve consistency, focus, emotional balance, and confidence for learners facing performance pressure or academic overwhelm.
Duration
20 hours approximately. Can be done as a single program divided in 1-2 hours session a day. Can also be done in parts in the form of periodic workshops of 2-4 hours each, with 1 workshop focusing on one aspect at a time.

The first purpose of this program is to teach students the concepts which improve their brain working efficiency so that they are able to understand, learn, memorize & perform better academically. This program has been built with the target of increasing the chances of academic success of students manifold by inducing in them the core inner qualities which are required to be successful academically.
The second goal of this program is to ensure that students are able to prepare themselves mentally in such a way that they are able to study pressure free & also remain free from worry of what their examination result would be. Too much pressure and worry disturb academic performance since brain loses efficiency and hence the program focuses on this aspect as well.

- Students will be made to recognize the harmful personal & environmental aspects related to habits, lifestyle and thought & emotional patterns which are harming their academic performance. Ways to correct these areas will also be taught to them. This would help them improve their academic performance considerably.
- Students will be made to realize the importance of personal attributes like focus, concentration, discipline, motivation, persistence, perseverance, self-belief & creating balance in academic and personal life for academic success.
- Students will be made to realize their current level of the above mentioned attributes.
- Students will be taught ways to improve the above the mentioned attributes. Since these attributes are strong deciding factors in academic success or failure, improving them would improve the academic performance of participants considerably.
- Students will be taught powerful ways and techniques to get rid of stress and study pressure immediately and calm themselves at will. This would in return enhance their memorizing & learning capabilities.
- Students will be taught powerful ways and techniques to get rid of fear & worry related to examination result, as and when such fear might come up. This would in return enhance their memorizing & learning capabilities by saving them from the energy and productivity loss that happens due to constant worry of the result.
