Purpose

To teach powerful breathing practices to the participants practicing which the breath of participants becomes naturally deep, slow & long. Majority of people breathe fast & shallow, and such an incorrect way of breathing results in illnesses & diseases. The aim of this program is to correct the breathing pattern of the participants.

The participants would learn about the following focus areas in this program & experience the following benefits -

  • Participants will be taught the breathing exercises to naturally correct their breathing pattern. Performing these breathing exercises daily will increase the flow of pran shakti within the body and restore their health to a wonderful state. Increased level of pran shakti would also help in reversal of diseases, if any
  • These exercises will also improve the lung capacity & efficiency which would also create a positive impact on the participants’ health.
  • Performing these breathing exercises will result in detoxification. 70% of body’s detoxification happens through breath. Removal of toxins daily would improve the health.
  • Breath creates a direct impact on thoughts and emotions too. Performing these breathing exercises daily will considerably improve the mental & emotional health of the participants thereby helping them remain in a calm and pleasant mental state throughout the day. This means improved quality of life & better relationships.
  • These breathing exercises energize the practitioner. Participants will experience increased energy level by performing these breathing exercises, which will improve their performance at work and academics.
  • Performing these breathing exercises will make the participants experience improved brain performance, and hence better focus, memory and concentration. This will again take them towards work and academic success.
  • Through performing these breathing exercises daily, participants will be able to overcome stress, anxiety & pressure.
